About Kienda and Lucid Death
Kienda (Valbract) tae Betrue
Kienda has an IMA in Thanatology (the study of Death,) and is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) mother. She bore the shock and sorrow of her infant son's death, and was impelled into an exploration of death and beyond. Her continued relationship with her son, Christian Alexander, has contributed to her forthcoming book, Lucid Death: Conscious Journeys Beyond the Threshold. It is illustrated with original research gathered from around the world, through Hypnotic Spiritual Regression, and clothes the theories regarding the journey of the soul between death and rebirth in fascinating stories, filled with insight, emotion and human drama. She offers workshops and talks on Death, Karma and Reincarnation and the Empathetic Death Experience. Her unique approach to the journey we all must take is informative, inspiring and empowering.
About Lucid Death: the Art of Dying Well
As we all know, 100% of the people that are born will die. Most have no idea what happens afterwards, and so live in fear of the unknown. The ill and dying, nurses and doctors, hospice care givers and the public at large - everyone needs a clear, comprehensible understanding of death and the beyond; because all physical life begins at birth and ends universally in death. Through my research and experience, I offer information, insight, and hope to dissolve that fear and lead to a richer, fuller life.
Kienda says there are many things one can do in the midst of life to prepare for death and beyond. Here are 3 simple, accessible, and potentially fun and exciting things that people can do:
- 1. Make a living will - take care of yourself and your loved ones.
- 2. Plan your own "wake" - your own transition party, and celebrate your life while you're still here. This can dissolve fear and resolve regrets in a potentially fun-filled way.
- 3. Become informed - read my book, Lucid Death: Conscious Journeys Beyond the Threshold, and other books about religious beliefs, the Near-Death-Experience, etc. Attend my workshop: The Good News About Death: Finding Hope and Preparing for the Ultimate Journey.
